Professional plans are licensed to a SINGLE clinic, practice, or healthcare professional (the "Account Holder") and CANNOT be shared, resold, or sublicensed to other clinics or practitioners.
KEY OBLIGATIONS
- •One account per clinic — each independent practice requires its own Professional subscription
- •No login sharing across distinct legal entities — credentials may not be distributed to practitioners working under different practices
- •Patient profiles must reflect bona-fide patients of the Account Holder; stratifying patients across multiple accounts to inflate per-cycle capacity is prohibited
- •The Account Holder is responsible for all activity under their credentials, including any usage by their clinical staff
MULTI-PROFESSIONAL CLINICS:
Multiple clinicians working at the SAME clinic under the same legal entity may share an Account Holder's login. If you require formal multi-user access with individual logins, contact us about Enterprise plans.
ENFORCEMENT
LifePrisma reserves the right to investigate and suspend accounts that show patterns consistent with resale or unauthorized multi-clinic use, including but not limited to:
- •Concurrent active sessions from geographically distinct locations
- •Unusual volume of newly-created patient profiles relative to clinic size
- •Patterns suggesting login distribution beyond the Account Holder's clinical staff
We will attempt to contact the Account Holder before suspension. Repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
